If you wish to receive credits for MSE meetings, you must be a current paid member. To become a new member or renew your membership, you can download an application here. Fill it out and mail it back with your check or money order to the address found at the bottom of the application.
Cardiology fellows and cardiovascular students may join for free but must provide documentation along with application.
